Esteban Cruz Hidalgo is vicepresident of the Asociación por el Pleno Empleo y la Estabilidad de Precios. He is also a member of the Subcommission of Monetary Sovereignty at ATTAC Sapin, of the Institute for Human and Political Economy and Red MMT Spain.
He is trained as an economist and is currently taking a doctoral course at Universidad de Extremadura. His lines of research are History of Economic Thinking and Monetary Economics with a special interest in money as a fundamental institution.
